About Our Opportunity

KISx Card, LLC, now a Valenz Health company, is seeking a Concierge Scheduling Agent to assist with the daily scheduling of patients for our KIS Imaging program. The KIS Imaging program provides participating members with the opportunity to schedule high-end radiology procedures including MRI, CT, and PET scans within a proprietary network of providers with little or no out-of-pocket expense to the employee.

As a Concierge Scheduling Agent, you’ll ensure first- rate customer service while coordinating the scheduling of exams for all requesting patients.

Things You’ll Do Here :

• Responsible for all aspects of the member scheduling process to include : collection of patient demographics, obtain member benefits and eligibility information, coordinate scheduling between members and provider, and facilitate communication between members, clients, and the entire KIS Imaging team.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the scheduling process.
• Share responsibility in the overall utilization of the KIS Imaging program.
• Assist in front-end sales of the KIS Imaging program.
• Collaborate with the KIS Imaging team to ensure a positive member experience during scheduling.
• Assist the operations team with patient case management, confirm patient appointments, aid in claims management and foster positive client and provider relations as required.
