In this role, you will oversee the implementation of our software suite throughout entire organizations to ensure that they have a smooth transition.

Location : Boca Raton, FL - hybrid
Schedule : M-F, day hours
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and lead the implementation and deployment of software suite into multiple organizations
- Create tailored solutions for customers by leveraging workflows, customizing reports and performing product trainings
- Ensure customer success by acting as point of contact and resource for new and existing customers
- Assist with help desk and timely completion of tickets
