Valeo North America, Inc. : CDA Product Technical Manager for Troy, MI to oversee technical aspects of vision systems R&D activities; prepare project & resource plans; push employees to meet deliverables; manage sub-supplier activities; interface with customers; manage IP clearances; ensure requirements are met; lead reviews; manage changes & product failures. Requires Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Automotive Systems Engineering or closely-related field and 5 yrs progressive post-Bachelor's experience in an Engineering occupation designing & developing automotive ECUs & vision features for camera products; leading the development of automotive software and / or systems for ECUs; developing strategies for ECU design; and organizing & leading technical teams to achieve objectives. Will also accept Master's degree in said fields & 2 yrs stated experience. 5% travel required to Mexico, Ireland & France. $161,450 per year.
