What You Will Do
- You will ensure that Safety rules are fully applied in all aspects of the Facility Maintenance Department
- You will ensure that the necessary energy is availability for production lines and the plant
- You will take care of all energy network errorless operations. (Electricity, press-air, exhaust, nitrogen, etc)
- You will establish and maintain all necessary maintenance contracts with suppliers, and participate in yearly negotiations with those suppliers
- You will find new methods / equipment to reduce energy consumption
- You will ensure the faultless operation of HVAC (cooling / heating / fresh air) systems within the building
- You will maintain all logistic related equipment. (Forklifts, small trains, wagons, etc)
- You will prepare and oversee the Facility Maintenance Department budget
- You will manage the upkeep outside the building (cleaning, gardening, snow cleaning service, etc)
- You will maintain all equipment and furniture in the building and cafeteria
- You will manage all security related equipment (gates, fences, camera systems, etc)
- You will handle other related duties as assigned
