What You Will Do
- You will ensure that all requirements of Valeo Group are identified, established and implemented
- You will check that safety and security equipment are in compliance with requirements
- You will carry out risk analysis and monitor regulatory survey
- You will help establish the site “Health, Safety, Security and Environment” operation procedures and oversee their application
- You will carry out inspections and internal audits, make recommendations and specify corresponding actions as well as the responsibility for implementing it
- You will assist in implementing and monitoring action relating to the handling of any non-compliance revealed by the inspections, internal audits and external audits, taking the necessary investments into account.
- Be aware of developments in the legislation.
- You will update and complete Safety Data sheets, plus ergonomic and PPE assessments
- You will review and update Safety and Environmental work instructions
- You should be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an environmental or occupational safety related field OR be a very recent graduate (May or December 2024) with the ability to work 30 hours per week
- You should have completed classes in equipment lockout/tagout, chemical safety, and OSHA/EPA
