- Prepare specifications for machines, supervise new machine start-ups, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Implement plant industrial plans, assess and receive process stations, and develop process development schedules.
- Propose continuous improvement ideas, work on cycle time reduction, and respect safety and quality rules.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing practices.
- Automotive industry experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.
