Responsibilities Include: scheduling appointments, coordinating patient treatment and making financial agreements, collecting accounts receivables and answering busy telephones.
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- 3 days a week 12-hour shifts
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year
- Dental Front Office: 1 year
- Computer skills: 1 year
Duties:
- Support all aspects of the dental office
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints and patient requests
- Troubleshoot emergencies
- Ensure company’s policies and procedures are met
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
