Position : Mental Health Therapist, Washington State

Job Duties :

Rendering evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone.
Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Must Haves :

Active LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in Washington.

1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment.

1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR.

Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private, quiet space for sessions.

Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses.

Dual-Compensation : A total earning potential of up to $91,000 (Base pay will be commensurate with experience and licensure level)

Office Equipment : Google Chromebooks are provided for all full-time employees.

Nice to Haves :

Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese

EMDR / DBT experience

Prior telehealth or remote experience

Reliable self-starter who can work independently and also as part of a team

Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the compensation for this position has a guarantee of no less than $58,000 annually but can range to $91,000 annually. Note wages may vary based on license level, productivity, experience, location, and skills. We also have Hybrid (productivity-based)
