Overview

Looking for a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the State of Washington! This clinician will deliver high quality, evidence-based therapy and medication management. Clinicians will also work collaboratively with a health navigator who will assist in patient engagement and logistical support. Our client strives to streamline everyday tasks for clinicians so that they can focus on delivering clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing therapy and medication management for a diverse set of patients
• Working in a team-based approach with other clinicians and healthcare navigators
• Counseling services

Schedule and Shift Details:

• 100% Remote - Work from home with flexible hours - 15 scheduled appts/day – 10 appts minimum face to face visits/day

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications: Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Washington State (WA), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.

Preferred (Not a must)

• 2 years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Psych Experience
• Telehealth Experience
• Bilingual - Spanish

Compensation: Base RVU production model
Minimum Weekly Completed RVU=48 - Per RVU compensation above minimum (48) = $65 per visit

Range of TOTAL COMPENSATION (including RVUs) is $140k-200k. High performers at Valera are making between $160k-$180k with the average of 220-230 appts/month. Typical types of visits include intake appts (1 hr) or follow up appts (30 mins).
