Sales Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and effectively demonstrating our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage assigned territory and develop strategies for market penetration.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales or outside sales roles, preferably in technology or retail environments.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on building relationships.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and closing sales effectively.
• Familiarity with territory management practices is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Previous experience in product demonstrations is highly desirable.
