Appliance Repair Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role involves working in the field, providing exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances.

Practical Experience:

• Auto Mechanic Background: Over 4 years experience as a full-time auto mechanic.
• Appliance Repairs: Successfully repaired washers dryers (installing new motors, belts, timers). Repaired ice makers in refrigerators as well as compressors.
• Heating Element Repairs: Replaced heating elements in stoves and hot water heaters, showcasing knowledge of electrical components and safety protocols.

Technical Skills:

• Electrical: Proficient in using a multimeter.
• Solar Panel Installation: Experience with electrical systems, including installing solar panels and changing breakers, demonstrating a solid understanding of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
• Leak Detection: Skilled in running dye tests to locate leaks.

Tools and Equipment:

• Owns a M18 Milwaukee set, including:
• Sockets and attachment bits
• Torque wrench
• Multimeter for electrical testing
• Wire cutters and wire strippers for electrical work.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
