Cardiovascular Technologist

Our client is currently seeking Cardiovascular Technologists to join various facilities in San Antonio, TX. The role involves performing hemodynamic monitoring procedures, working with patients across different age groups, and training other personnel in the Cath Lab. If you have experience in interventional Cath Lab or Electrophysiology, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs hemodynamic monitoring procedures of a highly specialized nature as well as assists the physician during all procedures.
• Works with patients from adolescents to geriatrics. In addition trains Cardiovascular Technicians and other Cath Lab personnel.
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Days, 8 hour shifts, on-call shifts required
  
  

qualifications

• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Cardiology - Interventional
• Cath Lab
• Cardiac Catheterization Technologies
• Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
