Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Servsafe Manager certified a plus
Our shifts are 7-7.5 hours per day. You must be able to work the entire shift. Shifts are 7:30-3 and 8-3 during the week and until 4:30 on the weekends.
Our baristas must have weekend availability.
Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Hourly pay rate published includes tips.
