- Assists and aids preparing support and tying out the following financial reporting documents related to the Latin America operations, including month-end journal entries; monthly basic financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP or IFRS, including various supplemental schedules, variance analyses, and graphs; monthly Business Unit Reports summary and statistical analysis, including margin analysis and volumetric reports (by region and by product), administrative and operating expense summaries.
- Assists and aids preparing monthly electronic packets used in communicating results to upper management.
- Assists and aids preparing documents that support the annual audited financial statements of our Latin America operations in accordance with U.S. GAAP or IFRS.
- Assists in the maintenance of the applicable statutory chart of accounts to ensure alignment with U.S. GAAP and IFRS requirements.
- Assists and aids preparing support and tying out certain government surveys (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Assists in responding to external auditor requests.
- Collaborates with external parties to complete annual unclaimed property requirements.
- Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.
