Skills necessary for success :
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading occupational health and safety
A degree in same or similar field
Experience with OSHA and EPA compliance and reporting
Proficiency in computers and Microsoft applications
Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills
What you will do : Drive safety culture
Manage safety and environmental programs
Proactively address safety risks
Lead investigations, audits, and corrective measures
Conduct safety training and onboarding success
Track safety and environmental goals
Maintain compliance records
Pilot continuous improvement initiatives

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually.
