Valgroup is hiring a Logistic Specialist to support our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio.

What you will do:
- Develops and ensures execution of daily shipping schedule to meet the due date desired by customer’s needs.
- Supports business relationships with vendors.
- Ensure shipments will be shipped out as requested
- Supports overall efficiency building efforts within the department including technology use, record keeping, and team building.
- Understand and manage the logistical aspects of product life cycles, including minimizing obsolescence.
- Apply good manufacturing practices for warehouse housekeeping.
- Operate forklift as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills needed for success:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years experience in a manufacturing logistic setting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- SAP experience
