Saturday - 10am - 5pm

Job Summary:
The front desk is the first point of contact for the dealership, providing administrative support to the sales team with a variety of clerical activities and tasks which may include data entry, creating spreadsheets, word processing, scheduling, client communications, records management and computer-related duties. Excellent organizational, communication and customer relations skills are required. Works under minimal supervision.
Essential Duties:
1. Overall front desk management, greeting visitors and direct as needed.
2. Answer incoming telephone calls, route as needed, take messages and provide detailed information to the proper person or department.
3. Perform general clerical duties; copying, faxing, mailing filing, managing calendars, arranging travel as needed.
4. Create, place and track sales listings in various publications, websites and social media pages ensuring accuracy and completeness, coordinating with sales team to obtain necessary documents, photos and specifications for each listing.
5. Maintain an organized record of listings
6. Maintain and update client files and information as needed
7. Create and proofread sales quotes ensuring accuracy and completeness
8. Create, sort and enter data into spreadsheets per instruction
9. Create and maintain a customer relations follow up process ensuring continuing client contact after completion of the sale, assisting with customer relations issues.
10. Assist with organizing local dealer events as needed.
11. Follow defined instructions and procedures in performance of tasks.
12. Follow defined safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe, clean work area.
13. All work to be performed to Viking quality standards.
14. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two (2) years customer service, office and / or related experience
Prior experience assisting sales in the marine industry, real estate or related experience preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and manner; strong interpersonal skills
Able to multitask; maintain organization of area
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with 40-45 wpm typing ability.
Fundamental mathematical skills.
