- Support the preparation of construction estimates and budgets.
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and Monday for document management and collaboration.
- Review blueprints and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between team members on construction sites to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.
- Participate in regular project meetings to discuss timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Monday).
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and contract interpretation.
