- Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf
- Using insecticides, chemical sprays, fertilizers, and mulches
- Keeping grounds free from trash, litter, debris, weeds, plant diseases, and harmful insects
- Caring for ornamental features such as fountains, planters, and benches
- Clearing snow and debris from walkways and parking lots
- Performing tasks like lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and watering plants
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Performing cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. workable.com
