Position Summary
We are seeking a Construction Laborer local to Topeka, KS, to support the field operations team. The ideal candidate is a dependable and hardworking individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment and is committed to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties including jobsite cleanup, material handling, and demolition
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
- Operate small tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload building materials
- Follow all site safety rules and maintain a clean work environment
- Support the Superintendent and field team with project tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must reside in or near Topeka, KS (local hire only)
- Prior construction experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (with potential for overtime)
