Description

Valiant Residential is seeking a highly skilled senior marketing manager to join our company. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be vital in supporting the department and company's goals, initiating strategic marketing campaigns by analyzing market data, developing statistical reports, and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives across online and offline marketing channels. You will also foster strong partnerships with internal team members and third-party vendors to achieve community occupancy goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive occupancy and ROI by providing support, guidance, and direction in the development and implementation of marketing programs.Create, manage, and analyze PPC campaigns to produce optimal outcomes.Deliver insight on marketing performance and ROI across the organization and structured portfolios.Own, plan, execute, and synthesize bodies of strategy work related to operational marketing support, define adjustments needed to maximize leasing traffic.Consistently solicits feedback from the regional operations team to effectively adjust marketing campaignsWork closely with marketing leadership to drive collaboration and foster a shared understanding of, and alignment around the work agenda, process & procedure, findings and implications, and to move the department toward action.Maintain a strong focus on generating new ideas through creative strategy.Continually research and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels.Set and maintain a high standard of analysis through the use and expertise of various reporting platforms.Develop strong partnerships with 3rd party vendors to ensure optimal campaign performance.Requirements
