We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct commercial and residential cleaning tasks .
- Manage cleaning duties in furnished or similar establishments, ensuring guest satisfaction through cleanliness.
- Handle floor care responsibilities, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Launder linens and other textiles as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time efficiently.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
