Pay Rate : The rate for this position is $22.57 / hr. However, Valiant considers several factors, including but not limited to, market data, business considerations, internal equity, the role and responsibilities of the position, a candidate’s work experience, education, and training, when extending an offer. Benefits : This position includes a competitive benefits package. The provision of benefits are outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

- Requires mental alertness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and / or sit for extended periods of time, and to climb two (2) stairs is required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Must present a professional appearance in dress and demeanor at all times.
- Must be able to work well with all levels of Military and Civilian personnel.
- It is required that a Guard must have a High School diploma or equivalent certification.
- Must be computer literate and be able to use and access basic computer programs (Microsoft products, Excel, PDF etc.)
- Applicant must be a US Citizen, possess the ability to secure a US Passport.
- Applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to receive and maintain a SECRET clearance for access to classified information.
