What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live Fire TOC Specialist - Security Clearance Required position at Valiant Integrated Services?
DUTIES :
- Support JRTC Live Fire Division’s mission as required by the Live Fire TOC.
- Follow all safety guidance issued and assist, when necessary, with enforcement of safety procedures.
- Operate and maintain all assigned equipment.
- When required, travel independently throughout Peason Ridge Training Area while staying out of active danger zones (Impact Area, SDZs and protected sensitive areas).
- Help enforce restricted areas by ensuring all barriers are properly used and gates locked / unlocked.
- Assist with escorting VIPs, contractors, vendors or external agencies who may require access to Peason Ridge Training Area as directed by Live Fire TOC.
- Extinguish and monitor active forest, grass or equipment fires utilizing a M998 Tactical Fire Truck.
- Maintain Fire truck and ensure it is ready to employ on short notice.
- Notify the Live Fire TOC if a fire occurs outside of Peason 6 Training Area or moves near the boundary of Peason Ridge Training Area.
- Assist Live Fire Division OCTs as needed.
- Perform other duty requirements as directed by the Live Fire TOC.
