Responsibilities

- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging presentations to boost customer confidence and encourage sales.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person, ensuring timely responses and providing solutions to drive sales.
- Operate the cash register accurately, processing payments and handling cash transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and well-stocked to maximize sales potential.
- Communicate current promotions, special offers, and new arrivals to customers, driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
