Valiant Residential is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving our company's creative services and social media for our portfolio of apartment communities across key areas including website design and maintenance, photo/video/media coordination, social media management, and print materials coordination. 

This role involves developing and executing creative services and cultivating robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the attainment of our corporate objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Content Creation -Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website design (using a proprietary CMS templated system), SEO-rich website copywriting, social media content calendars, and print materials design (brochures, flyers, etc). 
• Brand Consistency - Ensuring that all content aligns with the overall branding and messaging of the multi-family properties, maintaining a cohesive look and feel
• Visual Content Coordination - Collaborating with photographers and 3rd to create appealing visual content that showcases properties effectively.
• Website Design & Maintenance
• Design & maintain apartment community websites using proprietary CMS (content management system)
• Update website content, including photos, videos, floor plans, amenities, and copy, to accurately reflect each apartment community's features and offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure website information is current and relevant.
• Photo/Video/Media Coordination
• Coordinate photo, video, and media shoots for apartment communities with preferred vendors, ensuring high-quality content showcasing each property's unique features and amenities.
• Oversee post-production processes with preferred vendors, including editing and retouching, to produce polished and professional visual assets.
• Social Media Management
• Develop and execute social media content plans for apartment communities, including content creation, design, scheduling, and posting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with apartment managers and regional supervisors to identify relevant and engaging content.
• Print Material Coordination
• Work with preferred vendors to design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for apartment communities.

Requirements

• Departmental Support: Support Marketing Department and property operations by executing creative services-related initiatives
• Experience in web design and content management
• Strong creative eye and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience coordinating photo, video, and media shoots
• Proficiency in social media management platforms with demonstrated experience
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across various marketing channels
• Experience working on the property management or real estate industry is preferred 
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
