Position Overview
The Regional Community Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple high-end multifamily communities. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, this position ensures each property meets occupancy, revenue, and budgetary targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. As a leader within the Property Management team, the Regional Community Supervisor recruits, develops, and supports on-site staff, drives operational excellence, and fosters strong resident and vendor relationships. This role plays a vital part in enhancing community engagement, optimizing property performance, and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy.
This role covers properties in Austin, TX. Regular travel in the local region is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance expectations.
- Oversee daily property operations, ensuring financial goals are met by managing budgets, revenue, and expenditures.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
- Oversee risk management, including preventative maintenance, insurance compliance, and capital improvement recommendations.
- Uphold company values and culture and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

- Proven leader in recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong focus on accountability, coaching, and fostering inclusive, collaborative workplace cultures that boost engagement and retention.
- Skilled in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Operationally savvy with excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate ); experience with Yardi Residential and revenue management software preferred.
- Financial acumen, including budget management, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, HUD regulations, and loan assistance processes, is a plus.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and motivate teams, engage stakeholders, and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for creating empowered, high-performance environments..
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; an advanced degree in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience with a strong track record of success.
- At least 3 years of on-site multifamily property management experience with ownership-level responsibilities for the resident rental lifecycle across 5 properties or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing A to A class high-rise or mid-rise properties or comparable luxury residential communities.
- 3 years of team management or supervisory experience, preferably in an on-site property management setting. Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM, or equivalent are preferred.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license, an operational vehicle for travel between properties, and valid automobile insurance at all times.
Physical Requirements:
- Local/Regional Travel regularly to various properties in Austin, TX
- Must be able to sit, stand, climb, stoop, and remain at a desk for up to 8 hours or more if needed.
- Must be able to walk the property for up to 8 hours (or more) in various weather conditions.
- Must have the ability to climb stairs for purposes of showing properties to prospective tenants.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
