Job Summary:
The Training and Audit Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective training programs are implemented across all sites and verifying that procedures and processes are executed consistently and accurately. This role is a balanced combination of training development, delivery, and auditing activities, ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary skills while maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination (50%):
- Develop and implement training programs to support operational efficiency and employee development.
- Coordinate and conduct onsite training sessions, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance, assessments, and feedback.
Auditing and Verification (50%):
- Conduct regular onsite audits to verify that training is effectively applied and processes are followed.
- Evaluate the consistency and quality of operational procedures across multiple locations.
- Identify gaps in training implementation and recommend corrective actions.
- Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and present them to management.
- Collaborate with site leaders to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training coordination, auditing, or a similar role within a multi-site organization.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years in the property management industry.
- Knowledge of a property management software is desired (Yardi knowledge is preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, climb, stoop, and remain at a desk for a period of up to 8 hours or more if needed in a typical office environment.

- This position requires 100% in office presence.
