ROOFING REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Valiant Roofing is looking for an experienced roofing repair tech to join our fantastic team in creating happy customers in the Pacific Northwest.
Valiant Roofing Repair Technicians work independently inspecting, bidding, and completing repair jobs. Opportunities for cross-training into siding, decks, gutters and windows!
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Be able to work outside year-round in all weather conditions
- Comfortable with heights
- Minimum 3-5 years roofing experience, including roof safety experience
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Punctuality - our customers depend on our timeliness!
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Handyman Skills for various exterior jobs
- Experience with siding, gutters, decks, and other exterior construction
- Experience with job estimating
Responsibilities: As a repair technician your main responsibility will be assisting our roofing crews and production teams with any roofing repairs.
Other responsibilities include:
- Tying up loose ends at completed jobs
- Material Pickup
- Assess & accurately estimate jobs (following our protocols & guidelines)
- Perform quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner
- Take, Upload and Document photos for documentation
- Provide solutions to create happy customers
- Safely operate necessary tools and machinery
- Follow all OSHA, L&I, and company safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
