Minimum Experience:
- 10 years of experience using Microsoft 365 suite, including knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting.
- 10 years of experience configuring and administering SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and permissions.
- 10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- 5 years of experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, and other development tools for extending SharePoint functionality and integrating with external systems.
- 5 years of experience of data management concepts, including content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and data governance within SharePoint Online.
- 5 years of experience querying SharePoint Online analytics to consolidate and create reports and presentations demonstrating value of published content.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting, to support business operations and automation.
- Configure and administer SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and permissions to ensure proper content management and security.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Develop and extend SharePoint functionality using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, and other development tools to enhance user experience and system integrations.
- Implement data management strategies, including content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and data governance, to improve information organization and accessibility within SharePoint Online.
- Query SharePoint Online analytics to generate reports and presentations that demonstrate the value and impact of published content.

The salary range for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. It has been benchmarked in relation to the scope of the role, market rate, and internal equity. The salary for this role is expected to be in the $145,000 - $159,000 range. Where a candidate falls within the band can be determined based on one or more of the following: skillset, experience level, achievements, education, geographic location, security clearance, involvement in corporate tasks, and other non-discriminatory factors. In addition to the base salary, this role will include benefits as described below. Valiant reserves the right to adjust the salary range, experience requirements, and position responsibilities at any time without prior notice.
