Job Description & Key Responsibilities :
- Systems Management : Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area.
- Efficiency & Automation : Enhance system efficiency and automate tasks requiring manual intervention.
- Analysis & Review : Evaluate complex operational systems, application software, and technology initiatives to ensure maximum availability.
- Technical Deliverables : Fulfill technical objectives with a solid understanding of operational standards and processes.
- Solution Development : Analyze large-scale technology solutions, assessing technical challenges and aligning with business goals.
- Collaboration : Partner with senior technical experts, business teams, and external groups to resolve complex issues and optimize infrastructure.
- Incident & Problem Management : Handle incidents efficiently and follow best practices for problem management.
