Job Description :
The Integration Lead will provide expertise on designing and ensuring optimal integrations into and out of our UKG SaaS solution. The integrations will be used to support the key components of scheduling, forecasting, time and payroll for our store associates. The role will work closely with the integrations and custom tool workstreams to help determine which APIs would be best used to meet requirements. This role will also assist with designing key integrations using the UKG Boomi integration tool.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic insights into WFM key integrations.
- Create essential integration templates through review of overall customer requirements.
- Mentor coworkers through design sessions leading to adherence of defined processes.
- Create a strategic integration plan to be used during implementation.
- Ensure adherence to UKG defined standards.
- Works with team to measure and optimize both Boomi integrations and API calls.
- Work with the team to determine where real-time vs scheduled events should be used while ensuring application performance is not impacted.
