Role: Plant Technician (Oil and Gas)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Job Requirements
· Diploma or Associate Degree only. No Bachelor degree
- Strong knowledge and experience in reviewing Engineering drawings, including P&ID, SLD, and Layout.
· In-depth understanding of oil and gas process equipment.
· Familiarity with equipment master data and equipment hierarchy.
· Proven experience in physical asset verification and plant walk downs.
· Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Experience
You will be responsible for conducting plant walk downs and analyzing P&ID and capture Name plates of Equipment along with the hierarchical details.
Responsibilities:
· Review and analyze Engineering drawings, including P&ID, SLD, and Layout, to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
· Utilize your knowledge of oil and gas process equipment to assess and verify equipment master data and equipment hierarchy.
· Conduct physical asset verification and plant walk downs to ensure accurate documentation and identification of equipment.
· Prepare detailed reports documenting findings with Name plates photographed and share with extended team to prepare Asset Registry
· Clarify/Provide any missing information to the extended team as required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
