We’re seeking a creative, well-organized, and data-driven growth-minded marketer to join our growing commercial team. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption and utilization across our growing book of business of some of the nation’s top employers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Drive product adoption and utilization through strong partnerships with client success, product, and marketing teams.
- Work closely with the client success team to foster strong client relationships, ensuring alignment on marketing strategies and goals.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that reach diverse employee audiences across multiple channels, ensuring both scalability and customization where it matters.
- Track and analyze key metrics, making recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Contribute to developing a playbook outlining best practices for member outreach and engagement.
- Ensure clients are meeting / exceeding growth targets in partnership with the customer success team.
