Job Overview
This position is responsible for leading the Program Team and supporting Activity Specialists in developing and implementing session theme activities that meet all badge requirements for campers. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support 4 Activity Specialists from diverse backgrounds.
- Promote team cohesion and coordinate breaks.
- Collaborate with the Camp Coordinator and Activity Specialists to plan activity content.
- Serve as a member of the Camp Leadership Team and facilitate cross-team communication.
- Assist with camp administrative work, including keeping records and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Be at least 20 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching youth.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and supervise other adults.
- Coursework or prior experience in program design and development.
