The Role :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop high-quality content that resonates with our audience in the payments space. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating a variety of content types, including blog posts, social media updates, thought leadership articles, case studies, and more. You should have a solid understanding of the fintech landscape, particularly in payments, and be capable of producing content that communicates complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.
While this is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, you will have the opportunity to work remote primarily.
Responsibilities :
- Execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and targets key audiences in the payments industry.
- Write, edit, and publish engaging and informative content, including :
- Blog posts and articles on industry trends, payment solutions, and fintech innovations.
- Social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to drive engagement and build brand awareness.
- Thought leadership pieces, including white papers, guides, and long-form articles, positioning the company as an authority in the payments space.
- Case studies and customer success stories that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Email newsletters and website copy as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to gather insights and generate content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and developments in fintech, payments, and digital banking to ensure content is relevant and timely.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Manage content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of content across all channels.
