Salary Range :
Starting salary is between $53,000 and $63,000 annually, however, it is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, credentials / certifications and internal equity. Job Summary
As a Graphic Designer Level 1 you will develop graphic design materials for both print and digital media. Ensuring your work aligns with PlanMember brand and production standards and follows design best practices, you will develop and execute design solutions for marketing, advertising, sales, events, presentations, and other forms of communication, while coordinating with stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver projects in a timely manner. You are experienced using applications from the Adobe Creative Suite and possess a solid knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, and production management.
This position is part of Creative Services team within the PlanMember Marketing department, a group of 20 professionals providing creative, content, video, marketing automation, and event support to PlanMember’s corporate, retail, institutional, and partner development lines of business.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Update existing print collateral including flyers, sales materials, product support documents, forms, applications, investment sheets, booklets, and templates.
- Develop new materials by creating compelling designs that support marketing strategic initiatives and align with corporate branding standards for both print and digital mediums.
- Assist in selecting and preparing imagery, charts and graphic elements for both print and digital mediums including websites, email campaigns and more.
- UI and UX design for web and email marketing preferred.
- Provide internal design support for both department and cross-departmental needs.
- Manage projects using Wrike project management software, including routing and review with stakeholders.
- Submit materials to, and interface with PlanMember’s Compliance department.
- Modify existing designs used in a variety of creative projects such as flyers, newsletters, social media posts and web imagery.
