Essential Job Functions

• Conduct minimally invasive assessments, including evaluations of skin irritation
• Collect vitals and perform phlebotomy
• Conduct clinical assessments for medical devices and feminine care products (wipes, washes, pads, liners) which are used in intimate areas
• Set up and check lab equipment and instrumentation, ensuring proper calibration / calibration checks for accuracy
• Operate specialized lab equipment and bioinstrumentation, with a strong understanding of equipment manuals
• Collect and record data from various devices and bioinstrumentation
• Interact directly with panelists during study visits, coordinating panelist flow
• Collect, organize, file study paperwork efficiently
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Continually strive to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN licensure
• Experience with lab equipment and bioinstrumentation is a plus
• GYN / Derm experience is highly desirable but not required
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to organize and maintain all clinical trial information for assigned projects

Pay Rate: LPN $25-$35/Hr. - RN $45-$55/Hr.
