Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to support an IT Services Program for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring alignment with mission requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in IT service delivery, and an understanding of DoD IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT service projects within the DISA JSP environment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with program objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management best practices.
• Coordinate with technical teams, government stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with DISA JSP policies, DoD IT regulations, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on critical project initiatives.
• Assist in resource allocation and budget management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience, preferably in IT services within a DoD or federal environment.
• Active Secret clearance. Top Secret clearance - preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
• Experience managing projects related to IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, or enterprise IT operations.
• Strong understanding of DoD IT policies, DISA JSP processes, and federal cybersecurity frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - preferred.
• ITIL certification is a plus.

USD $85,000.00/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $105,000.00/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
