Position Overview:
We are seeking a Commissioning/Qualification Specialist specializing in utilities and facilities to support the renovation and modification of systems for a QC laboratory project. The ideal candidate will ensure that all utilities and facilities meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Responsibilities:

Execute the project C&Q master plans, identify task lists and timelines for respective packages in line with project objectives and goals, and propose sub-plans to facilitate the C&Q process.

Develop and execute commissioning and qualification protocols for facility systems, including HVAC, BMS, Chilled Water, Steam, Building Alarm Systems, Electrical System, Air and Facilities.

Verify that new and modified utilities and facilities meet quality and operational standards.

Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Review and approve system turnover documentation for completeness and compliance.

Address system deviations and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure readiness for facility verification, collaborating closely with engineering, construction, and quality teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning and qualification of utilities and facilities in regulated environments.

Knowledge of building systems, P&IDs, and construction processes.

Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA, and regulatory standards.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
