The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions to drive business growth and efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored Salesforce and Pardot solutions
- Conduct business analysis to understand client needs and processes
- Develop project plans and manage stakeholder relationships
- Configure Sales Cloud and Pardot, including integrations and automations
- Create and maintain documentation for implementations
- Provide training and support for end-users
- Stay updated on Salesforce and Pardot best practices and new features
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Pardot Specialist Certification
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Pardot Consultant Certification
- Experienced in Search Engine Optimization/Marketing (SEO/SEM)
- Knowledge of MQL/SQL for data manipulation and querying
- Experience with other B2BMA platforms
