This is a direct hire position offering a 100% remote work opportunity. VALiNTRY360, a Salesforce Partner, delivers Salesforce implementations across the U.S. for our clients. The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience and Salesforce certifications. A minimum of a Salesforce Administrator certification is required to be considered for this role.
VALiNTRY360 is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with proven expertise in delivering projects in Sales and Service Cloud (Health Cloud is a bonus). This is a critical role as this person will be a full-time Salesforce resource for this organization. This is the right opportunity for the individual who has experience in delivering Salesforce projects using Sales and / or Service Cloud as a consultant, supporting various customers to truly make an impact in an organization that is committed to innovation and growth.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for delivery of business solutions using Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud for various customer industries
- Serve as a team member on an Agile team to deliver assigned work on-time and within estimated hours
- Along with new Salesforce implementations, this role is responsible for the administration of clients' systems for maintenance, reports, dashboards, as well as future improvements.
- As projects dictate, will require collaboration with outside third-party implementation teams typically to extend the platform to other areas where you may not have established expertise
- Help provide training and drive adoption of the existing system as well as new features or functionality that are developed.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to align with business processes and objectives.
- Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder.
- Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Oversee data quality and integrity through data cleansing, validation rules, and deduplication efforts.
- Execute data imports, exports, and data migration tasks.
- Design and implement automated processes using workflow rules.
- Create and manage approval processes to streamline business workflows.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
- Assist users in creating and customizing reports as needed.
- Monitor and enforce security best practices within the Salesforce environment.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and implement changes to maintain compliance.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
