- Developing high-fidelity visual designs for web applications, dashboards, and interactive tools
- Creating design assets such as icons, illustrations, typography treatments, and branded templates
- Collaborating with UX developer to ensure cohesive and accessible visual execution
- Contributing to and evolving Valkyrie's design system and visual identity
- Designing presentation materials and reports that clearly communicate complex data and concepts.
- Supporting marketing and communications efforts with brand-aligned creative assets.

- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a refined visual style and attention to detail across digital formats
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles: layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition
- Ability to translate abstract ideas and technical content into clean, digestible visuals
- Strong ability to effectively collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts or experience collaborating in technical teams
- Experience working on data-driven interfaces or products is a plus
- Motion design or basic animation skills is a plus
- Interest in or familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data visualization is a plus
