Job Description :
This Clinical School Liaison (CSL) will create and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships with partnership school and community partner administration and staff. Clinical School Liaison's hold monthly meetings with each partnership to discuss referral process, agency updates and temperature check meetings to ensure partnership is operating smoothly. Clinical School Liaison is also tasked with the maintenance and processing of clinical referrals sent to the organization through these partnerships. The Clinical School Liaison is the first Valle Del Sol contact made to ensure patients and families are connected to needed services, is tasked with the processing of new referrals sent by schools and community partnerships, and ensures patient is scheduled in a timely manner to initiate behavioral health services.
Salary : $43,680 / annual salary
