Job Description :
The Senior Adult Services Director is a leadership role responsible for overseeing Valle del Sol's General Mental Health (GMH), Serious Mental Illness (SMI), and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs, along with support staff. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services while managing departmental budgets, grant deliverables, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Adult Services Director serves as an advocate for adult behavioral health services, collaborates with stakeholders, and provides strategic and operational leadership to achieve program goals.
