About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $42 to $49 per hour, depending on experience. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess residents' needs, develop care plans, and implement treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring for any changes in condition
- Assess residents' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Implement treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians, including wound care, catheter care, and other interventions
- Document resident information accurately and thoroughly, using electronic medical records systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LVN/LPN license in the state of California
- Current CPR certification
- Two years of prior nursing experience, preferably in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care settings
