We are a community in Santa Barbara that values the care and well-being of our residents. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for ensuring the total nursing needs of our residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. This includes:
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
- Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current RN license (or obtaining within 90 days) in the state where you are applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $51-$61 per hour (DOE), with generous shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. New RN's are welcome to apply.
