Full-time Registered Nurse
Valle Verde, a HumanGood community in Santa Barbara, is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse to join its Skilled Nursing department.
About the Role
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Initiate plan of care as needed and supervise resident care.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing assignments in coordination with care partners.
- Maintaining accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
- CURRENT RN LICENSE (or obtaining within 90 days) in the state of application.
- CURRENT CPR CERTIFICATION.
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
