Our Golf Course Sports Bar is the perfect “19th Hole”, offering guests a place to relax after a round or catch the latest game of golf tournament. We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our team, ensuring top-notch service and a smooth, enjoyable experience for every guest.

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

· Recruit, train, and manage servers and bartenders

· Maintain a relaxed yet high-energy atmosphere that caters to golfers and sports fans alike

· Manage table service, bar operations, and guest flow to optimize efficiency

· Address guest concerns and create memorable experiences

· Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and health/safety regulations

Qualifications:

· 1 years of experience in a front-of-house leadership role (sports bar, golf course restaurant, or high volume hospitality setting preferred)

· Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.

· Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

· Knowledge of golf and sports culture is a plus!
