Mission/ Vision: We believe highly qualified teachers and top performing support staff are the key to student achievement. In alignment with the VCUSD Strategic plan, the Human Resources Department allocates resources, provides daily guidance and support to all District employees. Through proactive and engaging recruitment and retention efforts, we continue to promote a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service through timely, accurate, and respectful communications. Goal: To provide effective and efficient procession of applicants, and prompt completion of hiring steps. We want to ensure that all employees receive excellent support services leading to high retention rates.
